Kirintec to co-exhibit with Darley Defense at 2016 SOFIC

Kirintec are delighted to announce that we are co-exhibiting with our friends from Darley Defense at this year’s Special Operations Forces Industry Conference (SOFIC).

From Monday 23 until Thursday 26 May 2016, Kirintec will be at SOFIC on booth 1924.

Hosted at the Tampa Convention Center in Florida the conference will be focusing on ‘Evolving the network to counter emerging threats.’

At Kirintec we pride ourselves on understanding the threat to help advance your response. We do this with our state-of-the-art product base and also our customers benefit from our teams knowledge.

This unique mix of knowledge is ascertained from first hand front line experience with several former EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) team members working as part of the Kirintec team.

Learnings from many different countries such as Northern Ireland, Afghanistan and Iraq make our offering all the more stronger. Couple this with our engineering team’s ability to innovate with agility, then you have a winning formula.

SOFIC provides a platform for military, partner nations, Government and others to ascertain how to best support global SOF (Special Operations Forces) in today’s environment.

Kirintec has a close eye on how this landscape is expected to evolve.

Kirintec is perhaps best known for our ECM (Electronic Countermeasures) as well as our EOD offering. One of the products we know those attending SOFIC will see is Mercury. This contains Xchange technology which enables simultaneous communication and jamming.

Depending on the module combination our in-vehicle solution Mercury BLADE can deliver up to 500 watts of RF (Radio Frequency) power. This is derived from its very fast signal source. BLADE is therefore a highly effective ECM solution. It can even defeat hard to kill threats such as 4G/spread spectrum type signals.

Mercury is available as a carry forward solution or it can be docked within a vehicle. Such versatility allows the user to carry forward for EOD or checkpoint scenarios or it is in service as an essential piece of jamming equipment in many different countries where mobile or foot patrols are needed.

We are thrilled to be pairing up with Darley Defense who serve the men and women in uniform with the finest tactical defense equipment.

We look forward to meeting you in Tampa, however should you have any queries pre or post exhibition please get in touch.
