Vidder make plans to build traction in EMEA market

After opening a UK base earlier this year, the appointment of Paul Darby as Regional Manager at Vidder is a further move by Vidder to drive expansion.

Vidder, Inc., the pioneer and market leader in Trusted Access Control solutions, today announced the appointment of Paul Darby as Regional Manager for the EMEA region, building on traction the company has already gained in the UK and mainland Europe.

With over twenty years’ experience in data networking and security, Paul Darby will head up Vidder’s expansion strategy for EMEA and manage the company’s evolving regional channel program. Vidder, which opened a new UK-based regional office earlier this year, is looking to grow new routes to market by building an eco-system of expert channel partners able to open long-term opportunities and build revenue.

Darby has previously worked for vendors including Juniper Networks and Sourcefire and integrators during his career, and was most recently at the US cybersecurity company, Crowdstrike.

He will be responsible to Vidder’s CEO, Mark Hoover, who commented: “Paul Darby brings a wealth of industry expertise and insight and has a keen understanding of what we need to do to establish a solid channel partner network across the region. Vidder is at the next stage of its growth and Paul will play a significant role in helping us to forge ahead with our expansion plans.”

Vidder is taking a fresh approach to enterprise security with solutions and services that allow only trusted users to access specific enterprise applications. By isolating compromised devices, servers and applications are fully protected whether they are internal or cloud-based.
