Nedap distributes its security management platform through its extensive partner network of integrators across the world. To guarantee high quality and consistent implementation of AEOS, everywhere, Nedap has developed extensive training courses, both commercially and technically. In its training facility in Dubai Silicon Oasis, a group of partners joint a series of technical trainings to meet the high implementation standards of Nedap.
After successful completion of the basic training, a few new Business Partners in the Middle East region are now qualified to perform the basic installation and configuration of AEOS. In addition, a group of existing partners took part in the expert training that covers specific functionalities of AEOS including the configuration of advanced behavior components, configuring our Graphical Alarm Handler and Video.
Striving to share knowledge
Nedap strives to share knowledge through its trainings constantly to assure a high level of knowledge of AEOS installations within our partner companies, so our customers are always offered the best support possible. “That’s why we’re happy that the AEOS technical trainings are so well received amongst participants”, explains Wesley Keegstra, AEOS trainer at Nedap.
“Responses of participants demonstrated that they like the interactive format that the trainings have. We try to focus on specific aspects of the AEOS installation and configuration that they need to fulfill on the job. Also, we help them solving problems hands-on – it is important to work in practice and get the required knowledge of AEOS while actually working with AEOS. We have seen that this approach has best results regarding the amount of participants that successfully complete the training.”
Nedap offers courses for everyone who uses, implements or sells AEOS. All training participants benefit from the experience of skilled professionals. Nedap promotes the exchange of knowledge aimed at creating a more secure environment and optimising security processes. Training is provided on all levels – strategy, implementation, practical use and technical issues.
